By accessing and using JGNEXT, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Subscription & Payments
JGNEXT offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all code, content, and applications you create using JGNEXT. The JGNEXT platform, including its interface, AI models, and branding, remains the property of JGNEXT Corp.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, provided no projects have been created. After this period, or if projects have been created, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use JGNEXT to create applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights. This includes malware, phishing sites, gambling applications (where prohibited), and content that promotes hate or violence.
6. Limitation of Liability
JGNEXT is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
